If you have a complaint please Contact Us and tell us why you aren't happy. We'll always try to solve the problem if we possibly can, but if we can't (or if you'd rather just have your money back and go on your way) we will always issue a refund on request.
And no, there's no catch. Blissful happiness or your money back - you can't ask for much more than that!
